A Study on Cadastral Maps Data Changes Processing and Display

چکیده
The cadastral data actually had the type of dynamic characteristic. Along with time variation, it may be transferred its property rights, spatial attribute, and change the types of land use. There will be had a large number of historical data be produced while the cadastral data was updated. It seems that this kind of historical data is not often to use, therefore it is easy to be neglected. However this kind of history data plays an important role of data management. For example, it can be used to show or monitor the changing history of the land. It even provides reference to the policy decision of the government or private departments. Therefore, it is necessary to store and present cadastral data in spatio-temporal type. The Application Programming Interface (API) of Google maps and earth was already released. User can edit a kml/kmz file by oneself, and integrated it with Google server. User also can embed map/earth API in web page or blog for specific purpose by oneself. In this study, the type of cadastral data with temporal and spatial characteristics in Taiwan will be survey. A website with the function of query interface and Google Map/Earth embedded display platform will be developed. This kind of query interface would handle the temporal spatial characteristics of data.

Simulation of Smoke Emission from Fires in High-Rise Buildings Using the 3D Model Generated from 2-Dimensional Cadastral Data
Having a 3-Dimensional model of high-rise buildings can be used in disaster management such as fire cases to reduce casualties. The fundamental dilemma in 3D building modeling is the unavailability of suitable data sources. However, available cadastral 2D maps could be used as low-cost and attainable resources for 3D building modeling. Smoke will be a great threat to people's health during a f...

A cadastral map is a map showing the boundaries and ownership of land parcels. The British evolved the present cadastral system for the purposes of governance and revenue collection. Cadastral maps can be treated as base maps for all land related information. Typically, these maps store information pertaining to ownership details, land use, areal extents, type of development that has been made ...
